Abstract Paper Craft

My most recent full-time classroom experience was teaching high school mathematics at Montpelier High School,Vermont, for nearly twenty years. I taught most levels of mathematics, from Algebra through AP Calculus AB, and chaired the math department for most of my tenure there. In addition, I served on the boards of directors of the Vermont Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the Association for Teachers of Mathematics in New England. While teaching in Vermont, I took a one-year sabbatical to work for the Vermont Institute of Science and Mathematics Teaching where I did professional development for schools throughout Vermont.

Prior to moving to Vermont, I taught high school mathematics at West Linn High School, Oregon, for nearly a decade. Similarly, I taught most WLHS math courses and chaired the math department for many years.

I have also taught French, Spanish and English in a private school in Tucson, Arizona, and English in a French university.
